What To Expect For Your Appointment Or Event:
Thank you for taking the time to review our guidelines and procedures. If you have questions at anytime, please contact us directly.
All sessions will be by appointment only.
Please be on time for your appointment.
If you have the following symptoms:
- Sore Throat
- Loss sense of taste or smell
- Or you have traveled outside of the U.S or Canada in the last 14 days prior to your appointment
- If you have been in contact with someone in the last 7 days that has tested positive for Covid-19
*PLEASE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT*
* PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, A COVID-19 SCREENING QUESTIONAIRE IS TO BE FILLED OUT *
* WE CANNOT PERFORM ANY SERVICE IF A CLIENT HAS A FEVER OR IS UNWELL*
All Staff will be required to wear a mask prior to and during the service, along with any other PPE equipment deemed essential.
All Clients will be required to wear masks for both hair and makeup services. If you do not own a mask, one will be provided for you upon arrival.
All Staff and Clients are required to wash hands ( when available)/ sanitize hands prior to and after the appointment. As well as in between all clients ( staff only).
For your trial session we ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. Bring only the essentials.
For wedding events, only 2 people will be present in the room to allow for physical distancing and help us to efficiently sanitize between each client.
Please allow 10-15 mins to be added in between each client to effectively sanitize and clean between each client.
At this time payment will be done via email transfer only.
We know this is an exciting but also confusing and sometimes scary for all planning your special event or occasion. Please remember to contact us anytime if you ahve any questions.
